Thanks for wanting to join the AllMid volunteer team!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for AllMid at the Hamilton Games Festival on September 20th, 21st and 22nd. We are bringing eSports to the event and need your help!

We are recruiting volunteers for one of the most unique events the Midwest has to offer. This is your chance to show the attendees that the Midwest knows how to do Esports. Our success depends on you!

We have put together some general volunteer information for you to review before submitting the online application. If you are selected to be an AllMid volunteer, more information will be provided at a later date and you receive a waiver shortly before your shift starts at the event.

  • Event location: 105 N 2nd St, Hamilton, Ohio 45011

  • Setup/Start - Friday, September 19th, 2019

  • Event End - Sunday, September 21st, 2019

Application Deadline: September 1, 2019 at Midnight EST

Volunteer Notification: Begins on September 2, 2019 and all applicants will be notified of their status by September 8, 2019. Please be patient as we may review many applications that come in.

Volunteer Response: Please respond 3 days after being notified. Your slot will be forfeited if we don’t hear from you by then!

Your application does not guarantee you will be selected. If you want to improve your chances of being selected, it’s best to sign up for multiple positions.

If you are selected to volunteer but don’t show up at the event, then you will not have the opportunity to volunteer again. We are team players and rely on each other to make the event a success. Anything else is not cool.
